We offer DJ services for Weddings, Corporate Events, Private Parties, and more. We also offer Photobooth Services and Lighting options (uplighting and dance floor lighting) available.

For weddings, we recommend booking 9–12 months in advance to secure your date. For corporate and private events, 3–6 months is ideal—though during peak seasons, earlier booking is highly recommended. We try to accommodate last-minute events whenever possible!

Unexpected situations can happen—but your event’s entertainment should never be at risk. At Fia Entertainment, we always schedule two team members per event to ensure seamless execution. Plus, our entire team is trained to handle any situation, so no matter what happens. That way, in the (unlikely) event that something does happen to your DJ, you’ll still get a professional, experienced, and talented event DJ. When you book with us, you can trust that Fia Entertainment will always be there.

Fia Entertainment DJs gladly take song requests with your permission! We aim to do so with your preferences in mind. We filter requests based on your “Do Not Play” list and overall vibe, ensuring every track enhances the energy of your event. Our DJs are professionals who read the crowd and adapt in real time, keeping the dance floor packed.

Working with a professional DJ is a partnership, and your DJ should be in tune with your musical preferences while being flexible enough to accommodate them. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask for your music in advance. While we can add songs on the spot, pre-planning helps us ensure your must-play tracks are ready for the big day. Our wedding intake form allows you to share your song requests and preferences ahead of time, and you will have a final planning meeting with your DJ, as well. At Fia Entertainment, we combine preparation with flexibility to create the perfect experience.

Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. We do not include it in our contract pricing, but if your DJ went above and beyond, a tip is a great way to show your appreciation—completely at your discretion.

A 50% deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date and are applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event. We strive to keep the payment process as simple and straightforward and can accept Check, Cash, ACH payments, and Credit Cards (with a 3% service charge).

While not required in our contract, it's entirely up to you. We always appreciate being fed, as events can be long. However, we'll be sure to ask ahead of time to ensure we're prepared!
